Job Summary
The candidate will provide our clients with comprehensive Product/Software Support for our system.
Responsibilities
The person filling this role will handle customer calls via phone, email etc., trouble shoot the issues related to Portware products, be available to work in shifts across the European trading day.
Requirements
- 2-4 Years Experience in a Software Support Role
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills
- Experience in Product/Software Support Companies
- Exposure to SQL and Java is desirable
- Good troubleshooting skills, networking, FIX
- Citrix experience would be advantageous (not required)
Education
B.Sc/M.Sc/MCA/B.Tech
